Shipping Policy
Some orders may require 1-3 days for processing as I don't keep large amounts of stock and may make a fresh batch of items for your order. Free pickup in Oak Park and free local delivery for orders $40.- and over. Local delivery for orders under $40.- is available for $3.- and will be charged separately.
Shipping quotes are available upon request and will also be charged separately.
Refund Policy
Refunds can only be taken before order goes out or if there is a problem with it. Please contact me if you have any concerns about the items you received. I'm happy to work with you to ensure you get what you want.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Substitutions for other products in a gift baskets are possible. Please contact me with your request for changes or personalization options at the time of order. I like to make your gifts special and make sure you get what you are looking for.
Please understand that once the order has been filled and is out for delivery, no returns, cancellations or exchanges are possible unless there is damage or the item is not as described.
