Refund Policy

All pieces at Pinhead Designs by Dish are handmade.  Each piece is one of a kind.  If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return within 7 days of confirmed delivery date.  A full refund will be provided once the returned piece is received by Pinhead Designs.  This does NOT include the cost for return shipping.  Return shipping will be covered by the customer.
