Marcy Grant is an artist, illustrator, graphic and jewelry designer based in the Chicago area and working everywhere.

As an artist and freelancer, Marcy creates sharp graphic design and colorful illustration for her clients and on a pro bono basis for local non profit organizations and campaigns. See some of Marcy’s work at www.marcygrant.com.

Marcy founded her jewelry design company, Formoda, in 2003. Formoda focuses on creating inventive and bold jewelry, inspired by uncommon materials, interesting shapes and fresh color combinations. Every necklace, bracelet and pair of earrings is handmade and one of a kind. 

Marcy’s current jewelry collection is inspired by textiles from around the world. She incorporates silk, vintage Japanese kimono fabric, wax prints and batiks from Africa, cotton prints from India, and hand-dyed silk from Thailand.
